Electric dough slicer. Made entirely of food grade 304 stainless steel. Equipped with a helical screw made of food-grade Teflon and a European-origin motor. It is also equipped with a 100 liter air compressor to ensure continuity of cutting. It is also equipped with a magic eye (sensitive) to control the size of a piece of dough.
