Structure and Design

steel and welded in a submerged way to ensure the strength and rigidity of the

of 160 mm thick UPE material, and a 3 mm thick embossed floor to ensure that
heavy loads are carried and distributed evenly.
• Dimensions: 2500 mm wide and
15000 mm long, providing ample and sufficient loading space for most types of
goods.
• Crossbeams: Distributed at 50
cm intervals to ensure the strength of the structure and the homogeneous
distribution of loads.
Suspension and Brakes
• Suspension system: Advanced BPW
3x9T air suspension system, providing a load capacity of up to 9000 kg per
axle, ensuring excellent stability and driving comfort.
• Brakes: High quality German
Wabco brake system, provides excellent braking power.
Tires and Wheels
Tires: 6 Hankook tires, size
385/60R 22.5, designed to provide excellent grip on the road and withstand
heavy use.
Safety and Security
• Guards: Equipped with side,
rear and front guards according to Saudi safety standards SASO, to protect the
driver and the cargo.
• Landing Leg: JOST 2x25T landing
legs, manually operated from both sides, to ensure the stability of the trailer
during stopping.
King Pin: JOST 2-inch king pin,
to securely attach the trailer to the truck.
Lighting
• Taillights: High efficiency
Hala taillights, provide clear visibility of the vehicle in all weather
conditions.
